Work costs estimation

The exact price of the costs estimate includes a visit from an independent maintenance engineer to the site. The engineer determines the guaranteed average cost of the work. This can save you up to 50% of the cost of the work.

How exactly?

The same result can be achieved in different ways. We can provide you with many specialists in different fields of work, each of them can offer their own solution to the problem.

For example, you have planned water heated floors. Our specialists can offer a project of replacing them with electric floors. It will reduce the thickness of the screed, and accordingly the cost of work and materials. We can also install a solar battery, which can potentially save about 20% of electricity costs.

What happens if you choose not to make a preliminary estimate? Not once in our practice, we had to redo repairs done by teams and craftsmen who did their work without a preliminary estimate, and this always meant an increase in the costs.

One of the biggest problems in this situation is the lack of one or even several important stages of work, for example, waterproofing of the window junction. In Montenegro, humidity is high and slanting rains happen often. Without proper insulation and ventilation, moisture penetrates the room and settles on freshly painted walls – 2-3 months after the repair the walls and ceilings are covered with black mold. The result? Not only new expenses for repainting the walls and ceilings, but also the need to undo the already completed facade in order to properly install waterproofing, and then carry out new facade work outside.

Another problem with repairs without an estimate is the violation of the sequence of repair stages. For example, when the walls are painted before the floors, the walls are saturated with moisture from the drying floors. And again – the room turns out black from mold.

The third problem is the client's ignorance of real prices. Our engineers do not depend on the craftsmen, so they include the average market price in the estimate. Those craftsmen and teams, who work without an estimate, can ask for a very large sum, seeing the inexperience of a customer. You can pay 500 EUR for painting work on 10 m2, while the real cost of such work should be about 120 EUR (savings of more than 4 times).

Economy – we provide you with a detailed list of works and area measurements. The work time of our specialists starts from 4 hours – from 240 EUR.
Standard – we draw up a defect list, preliminary estimate, work schedule. The work time of our specialists starts from 2 days – from 600 EUR.
Premium – site management is led by a maintenance engineer, who makes analysis of purchases, types of works, controls all the works, provides video surveillance and real-time reporting – 10% of the estimate.
