1 month and 1 week – in this short period we completed this renovation from scratch to turnkey condition.

It was necessary to completely clear the walls of old finishing materials and dismantle some of the structures, level the walls, plaster and paint them.

The center is located right on the main Tivat embankment – ​​the sea is literally a few meters from the entrance (this is very convenient for customers who can rent SUP boards here).

However, the proximity to the water means high humidity and the risk of mold development.
That is why we paid special attention to waterproofing and ventilation of the premises so that it remains dry, protected and well ventilated in any weather.

In addition to the renovation, we made special furniture for the store: metal stands that look impressive and fit well into the interior.

Extravagant luxury apartment
We renovated this apartment in just 3 weeks!

In this short time, we:

In the shower we completely dismantled the small-format tiles with a large gap between them, waterproofed the shower floor and laid new large-format tiles with a minimum gap.

In the living areas we partially dismantled the tiles to improve the hydro-, heat- and sound insulation of the floor, and leveled the floors (the difference in floor height before the renovation was 2 cm). New large-format tiles were beautifully combined with the old ones.
We replaced the shower glass, since it was initially installed incorrectly, and had leaks and chips on glass.

We replaced 30% of the electricity wires, since the lighting structures were initially installed with mistakes. We made it safe.

We installed furniture and interior items: wall cabinets, a mirror on the ceiling, etc.

We added separate ventilation in the cabinets to prevent dampness and mold.

We made a wall box for the air conditioner unit ourselves, since it was impossible to find it in the required style in Montenegro.

We found the “invisible” wall cracks and fixed them – complete renovation in 24 days
This is an apartment in Budva. At first glance the walls look perfectly normal. But when we analyzed the wall structure, we discovered cracks in the walls, invisible beneath a coat of paint. It is quite a common issue for a new building in Montenegro.The house was built from aerated concrete blocks, but the walls were not reinforced properly. As the building settled, cracks appeared.

An important first stage of our work is preparation. See, how we covered everything with protective foil? Then we uncovered cracks and fixed everything before painting.

We created a ventilation box, opened the facade, to bring the ventilation outside, and restored it, including Bavalit cover.

Another crucial issue here is the electrical system. It often happens in Montenegro that electrical wires are poorly placed, leading to the risk of short circuits and fires. We analyzed all the electrical wires in this apartment and created an electrical panel with labels in 3 languages.

The result: serious repair work was completed in just 24 days. The apartment is clean, and no surfaces, such as window glass or flooring were harmed in the process.
